Request a Transcript or Grade Record
For an AFP-sponsored course awarded credit through a community college or four year college, other than those specified as “Charter Oak State College (CCAP),” participants should contact the college awarding the credit (participants must register with that college for the course at the enrollment meeting) and request official copies of the transcript. This is typically done through the records office. Colleges often allow online access to view and print unofficial transcripts. Official transcripts must be requested.
